The Shot-Humira-lesson to be learned. DO NOT INJECT YOURSELF WITH PEN STRAIGHT OUT OF THE FRIDGE OR THIS IS THE REACTION. Now I use a regular neddle (not spring loaded) and let it warm up. Barely feel it now. Now I feel stupid when I watch this but it was a lesson learned.
